_____ Fog Machine (Recommended to go with light show) – Add $25.00
_____ Mirror Ball (Excellent effect for weddings) – Add $25.00
_____ Bubble Machine (Excellent effect for weddings) – Add $25.00
_____ Wireless Microphone (Great for speeches or announcements) – Add $25.00
_____ Four Speaker Set-Up (Recommended for larger venues) – Add $100
_____ Each Additional Hour of Entertainment (after 4 hours) – Add $75.00
_____ Second Sound System (i.e. for ceremony) – Add $150.00
_____ Karaoke Set-Up – Add $100.00
* All base prices for events include your DJ, any music you want, 2 speakers on stands, all set-up / tear-down, and four hours of entertainment. If your event requires extras (i.e. games to play, prizes, ext.) please consult with Charles Hoard prior to event to determine extra cost if applicable. Consult with Charles about special rates on smaller events.

A minimum $100.00 deposit is due at the signing of this contract, payable to CHARLES HOARD.

Terms of Agreement
1. Minimum deposit of $100.00 required to bind terms. Check should be payable to CHARLES HOARD.
2. Any deposit received in non-refundable.
3. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
b. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 10 business days notice is given.
4. In the event that Charles Hoard becomes unable to provide his services due to complications beyond his control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on.
5. Any and all information or details must be communicated before the 5 days preceding the performance.
6. Charles Hoard shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Charles Hoard. Furthermore, the party(s) contacting Charles Hoard agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of the Charles Hoard property.
7. The parties purchasing the services of Charles Hoard agree to allow Charles Hoard to use pictures and video images taken at this event for promotional purposes.
